The Kootuitui ki Papakura partnership with Auckland Council through The Southern Initiative (TSI) led to this case story which tracks the development of Ko Huiamano − Warm, Dry, Healthy Homes − in Papakura, where it is improving the housing conditions of whaanau and their understanding of what makes a warm, dry, healthy home. Beacon’s Glenda Lock assisted with the project through work with the Auckland-Wide Healthy Homes Co-Design Group.
