The second case study was the Brickworks apartments in Hobsonville Point (overseen by Homes, Land, Community HLC 2017 - formerly Hobsonville Land Company, and a subsidiary of Housing New Zealand Corporation). 

The developer received a detailed report alongside an infographic which presented a summary of combined learnings from the site review,  developer questions, and resident questions. Here’s a sample of the first two pages:
