Our HomeSmart Renovations project found that providing robust information on how to improve home performance and a plan to achieve it changed the way participants renovated.

The good news is that the work that went into HomeSmart Renovations underpins both the Certified Home Performance Advisor training and New Zealand’s Homestar™ rating tool.

Home Performance Advisors, Eco Design Advisors and the Build Back Smarter Service are independent sources of information for you to access - check them out!  It might save spending money on an expensive bit of kit, when simple steps can address the source of the problem.
